Ok so an update.. I had to take the autos out of the smart pots because they werent growing. So,i repotted tjem in platic pots ero thmiracle grow moisturecontrol soil. They look to be doing way better and groing nice n green.

Ok so after bitching up a storm,creating this post, and numerous emails iv finaly recieved my damaged seed and an extra.......... So i guess the attitude isnt that bad after all.it sucked i had to go.threw all that to get them to.replace my seed but the extra.seed really makes up for my trouble...
