What type of CFls should I buy at the Home Depot. Warm White? Soft White? or Bright White?

Have space of 3.5' x 4.5' x 3.5'. Have 4 T5 fluorescent 39 watt 3700 lumen lights meant for plant growth. Due to amount of space must go with fluorescent. Please send suggestions on what I should add to get a good yield?

Another thing it gets up to 80 degrees in about 30 minutes of the door being shut. When it gets hot outside I can only imagine how hot it could get. What should I do for cooling the space and how many CFL's are needed to get a good yield?
