how did my Feminized PPP seeds end up with seeds forming on it? its no a hermie because it has female buds.. are all of these seeds female its producing?

is it normal for plants to droop in the dark of the 12/12 cycle, i just checked them and there very droopy...also the temp drops to about 68 derees at night.. is this to cold?

this is a elnino a month old that has been stunted since week two and not grown at all, i think its nut burnt but not sure. all my other ones are fine but i gave this one bone meal , i transplanted it and it hasnt gotten any better? any ideas that would help
