Also our environment seems perfect. We have a 400watt HPS sunset system and put it in the corner of the closet. The closet is at about 77 degrees and we have good ventilation, also coated the area with mylar.

I heard it may be Nutrient-SPLASH but we are careful while watering and the nutrients we are using is "Fox Farm", very popular and im pretty sure nutrients splashing onto the leaves is no problem if using foxfarm.
