    Grow room design help

hey blackhawk i just finished a grow last year (which was my last grow as i've been traveling a lot) in a 100 square foot room. 6 x 400w HPS in a very very fucking humid environment. pulled off 300-400g/bulb. vegged for 40 days. 12 days under cfl, then vertical scrog around each hps bulb...

we're connected right here on this forum aren't we… i'd also discourage you from growing in chennai…i've tried in mumbai a few times, it's just as humid, and indoor/outdoor, both are difficult… outdoor, if you can keep a fan next to your plants all the time they'll grow well...

on a very selfish note, i, for one, do not want cannabis to be legalized in india. reasons, i have a few 1) it's as close to legal as possible while being illegal. you can buy anywhere smoke just about anywhere and grow in an entire 7 bedroom bungalow and nobody will ask any questions or give a...

"Sleeper" strains: Which cheap/ strains turned out to be unexpectedly good?

eskobar's lady cane. what a yielder. friend hit 1g/w with 2 weeks of vegging from seed. we were competing to see which of our chosen mothers were the biggest yielders with 2 weeks of veg growth. it was a sad test cause i was going organic and he was going hydro but hey my yield was about 20%...

first of all, manure is herbivorous excreta that has not yet been decomposed/composted and is too hot (fresh) for the plant to use. it needs to be broken down first. biofarm is a composted soil additive, with manure, wood ash, and a bunch of other stuff, it is ready to be used with the soil...

you seem to have some things wrong there. first of all: 1) you will never need manure AND nutes. if you're using manure, it's organic and you won't need nutes, you will need organic sources of nutrition. if you're using nutes, manure is useless. 2) if you got the dirt from near ulsoor lake...

Fortunately for you, while this is the wrong time to plant landraces, if you're in bangalore and growing outdoors, then purchased seeds can be planted any time - you may want heat resistant strains for the summer though. er, what kind of poo are you using? is it composted or fresh? saturated...

not sure what BOG stands for, from KC brains i recommend the strain leda uno or kc 45 if you're interested in autos. i would not advise hollands hope tbh, but then again, i wouldn't advise a lot of the strains which i've grown and turned out to be absolute winners, against my initial prediction...

sure…hybrid…the fact that it had enough seeds in it to save tells a lot : ) pictures speak more truth than words, so i'll reserve my skeptical judgement for when i see it second, don't get into crossing so soon…you're going to overwhelm yourself, trust me…it's not as...

the sweet goo, i've never really come to a conclusion on how the sores arrive in the first place. it should be fairly easy to deal with them in a pot, i had a raised bed and if i flush them out they come back pretty quick…that's provided that i have the patience to flush more than 15 cubic...

ants are not a pest for your plants 95% of the time. they are usually feasting on something else around there. either bugs that are feeding on your plants, eggs laid by other bugs, or the sweet goo that erupts from white sores on a plant's stems. not sure of the name for that condition.

topping/supercropping will keep your plant short. read up about it it's straightforward. those do look like they're rather small for their age. your soil mix (if organic) may be too potent, i've genrally found that to be a major growth limiter in organics without showing any symptoms of...

chemystery so far is the most vigorous of the lot...4 days since germination and relatively large and broad leaves (for its age) and outgrowing the rest (not stretching). so now all my seeds have been sowed germed or sprouted apart from 6 col/jams. I would like to grow them out during the summer...

i'm sorry mate, i really can't help you any more than I already have. We all found the scores ourselves with some amount of trial and error, and i'm sure you will find one in good time too! my grow has finally properly kicked off. I can tell that this new batch of 10 seedlings is healthy and...

enclosure of 100cm x 100cmx 150-180 cm (l x w x h) per 400w light read up on what SOG is pretty straightforward, yes fast yields are easiest through sog the number of plants depends on the strain and the amount of time you can dedicate to tending to your plants. if you're growing 30 plants in a...

there are some basic things you should consider... 1) your grow size is not defined by the number of plants but by the area and height of available space for growing. naturally, your lightbulb also depends on this. so first thing you should do is decide what area is available for your growing...

welcome to the growing scene my friend, if I can grow in 36-38C which it's at right now, in the 80%+ r/h with 2 HPS bulbs in 2 square metres, i'm sure you can too ;) although an LED is not a bad idea for a small grow at all. especially for three to four plants. you might want to get something...

my outdoor grow in india (12 latitude)

i have grown for a friend in mumbai once, right about at this time of year, and let me tell you that it is not an easy task, indoor and outdoor. controlling humidity in a small indoor area is fairly easy with 500 rs worth of silica packets. the outdoor is the problem. if you're growing in a...
