hey i just started a new grow about 3 weeks ago and i noticed my timer turned off when it wasnt ment to, so iv just left it on 24/7. iv brought a new timer now and was just woudering if its still safe to switch to 18/6? or will that force them into flower?

iv only grown twice before and iv been getting my seeds from Nirvana, they seem to be really good seeds but i just wanted to know the best way to germinate them. the last two times iv done it in a paper towel in the hot water cupboard but it seems like unnecessary risk transplanting them...
