Mix a 50/50 coco coir with perlite in a 5gal bucket and you're good also. But you'll have to eliminate the dwc. But if you want to go with the dwc path, you can start with the coco. Just remember those block expands a lot. And if you're only seedling, you will only need very little of the coco...

How's the quality like for that Aviditi tent you got there? Do you see any lights coming out when everything is all zipped up and closed? Also, how's the noise level from the fan and all that when the tent is closed?

I have a feeling it may be the light. I'm seeing a lot of people are using more than one cfl bulb. I have everthing else going the right way. Hopefully it's the light. *fingers crossed*

This is how I had it the lighting before, about 4-5inches between the light and the plant. Adjusted the light to bring it closer, about 2inches between the light and the plant. My next grow will be in [70/30] coco-coir/perlite mix, heard good things about it.

When you started the first week of veg, how did you feed your plants? Was the water pump on 24hrs for feeding? I'm having some problems with mine and I have no idea what's going on with it.
