i have 2 40 watt cool white flourecent tubes, growing 3 plants about 6 inches away from the lights, Will the plants grow? and produce about 3 ounces all togother? i NEED help. Im very poor. so dont suggest any crazy shit. Just inexpensive ways that could help my cause Thanks :)
