Not much of a chance to stress them male this early in the game I dont think. I had a similar situation. Use a trowel or something and get underneath all the roots lift them out carefully. Most the dirt will fall away and they will start o untangle themselves if they are not too old. Good luck!!

Despite what people say, I had great luck vegging under floros! You can have the plants touching the lights with no burn however, so move them suckas down! (or the plants up!)

Yes, give them a week (or two) after transplanting to recover the root damage fully. Man, I used miracle grow many times with no problems, just look out for nute burn. Introduce the foxfarm slowly if you have any doubts. How old are the ladies? DOnt look too old...I would wait before switching...

It depends on how dry the bud is/how dry you want it. If its still pretty fresh when you put it into jars, and still a little wet, you DEF want to burp it. keep the lid off for an hour a day lol.
