I would flush with a weak nutrient solution.........then start feeding twice a day to substantial run off with a pH around 6.0. Lower your EC to around 1.0 to 1.5 at the most. Never give plain water and never let the coco dry.

I don't recommend mixing coco with soil...........they have different pH requirements and different watering/feeding requirements. Coco should stay saturated and soil needs a wet/dry cycle. Good luck and welcome to RIU.

I just throw them in the hole of a rapid rooter with no regard as to what end is up and I have never had it happen.......ever.

Not sure what that white fabric is, but it appears it's in a solo cup. Does the solo cup have drainage? Are the roots supposed to grow through the white fabric? If so, I would raise it up and fill the cup with coco. I start feeding around the 3rd day from sprout with a weak nute solution. Why...
