No I don't think so either. I notice that the veins are yellow, but when I look a sites who's writing about what could be wrong the veins are never yellow. Also I would think that the seedlings should be much bigger after 3 weeks...

Thanks, yeah, I know a lot of soil growers tends to give wrong answers to coco growers. I wish everybody who answered here would say what substrate they're using.

Thanks bwest, I will let it dry out more. GHE recommends using a little BioSevia bloom juice in the beginning, first two weeks, that's why.

Do not go up to 6.8 in coco. The right pH in coco is between 5.5 and 6.2 (just like hydroponics) when vegging and a little higher in bloom. As per this chart:
