    Northern Oregon Mango Oregon Diesel

I got these clones from a guy in Portland. He bred them from the original oregon diesel cut and a mango death star male. Mango deathstar was mango kush x d star. I loved them. He had 2 phenols and one of them flowered faster than the Oregon diesel, but wasn’t as impressive. The other went a week...

    Greenpoint seeds!!

I planted 5 of those and only one cracked soil. Stalled and di d immediately. The copper Chem #10 x RHS, Garlix and Ace high inplanted at the same time all did well. I flipped 9 cookies n Chem today. Maybe I'll start those Last 6 OGKB x rhs. I was really excited about them. It was my wife's pack...

My vote goes to N toxicity. I bet in natural or white lights those leaves look pretty dark.

    OK now what

Drench your pots with a lacto culture. It should speed up the breakdown process of the roots a lot. Some red worms would help as well. The grass and peas can be cut and left in the pot as mulch. If it were me I'd cut a plug around the main stem from last year the same diameter and depth as the...

    Clean H2O

I also use a garden hose filter. Mine is for RVs and you can get them for under $10 a piece if you buy the 4 pack. It is a GAC/KDF filter. The KDF (kinetic degradation fluxion) removes all sorts of heavy metals and sediments, but leaves calcium and magnesium behind. It also pulls out chlorine...

    new to organics

You can buy agricultural gypsum at just about any hardware or big box store. Even Walmart carries epsoma Organics gypsum for under $10. I saw it there last week. Mix with some of your compost and top dress. I second not worrying about a liming agent or even your PH in general.

No til build and greenloint seeds testers

Went up to PDX this morning and picked up some new genetics to play around with. I got Oregon Diesel and a strain dude bred called mango diesel, which is a purple Death Star x Mango male crossed to the Oregon Diesel clone. This pheno (#2) flowered under 15 hours of light and showed more vigor...

    Help me with application rates/frequency!

Pretty soon we'll have Amazon prime buttons we can press when we get towards the end of flower and drones will autoship new clones.

I probably missed it were you growing bubba from seed or cutting?

    Help me with application rates/frequency!

Looking good man. And like stated before, the azomite in your initial mix probably isn't going to hurt you, I'd just not add anymore. If you're 6 days into flower, it might be getting close to the point where a topdress isn't worth it. I usually topdress when I plant and then once right before i...

No til build and greenloint seeds testers

So I had started a bunch of clones last Thursday and decided to check for roots today. It seems that after 8 days the rapid rooters seem to be doing a little better than the peat. Across 3 strains I had 2 out of 48 showing the first signs of roots. I had 6 cuttings in peat that did not make it...

    Soil make up

I know you can buy all of those ingredients except copper bulk at concentrates NW. The copper may be there but I've never looked for it. Can you tell me what the the biopin copper adds besides a little N and the copper itself? I'm just wondering if there is a way to get those things that might...

Never thought i could over do N in organics but guess i did

Guano is super soluble so it should grow out of it pretty quick.

    100 gallon smart pots indoors

I can't speak for @Rasta Roy but for me I feel that while growing from seeds the tap root takes advantage of the extra depth. Plus in a no til where keeping moisture levels right, the extra soil gives a larger buffer before you're harming your benneficials and microherd. Josh's Steensland is...

    Dfg, 2017 grow

I feel you for sure. I do love the diversity found in an F1 cross, but I also believe in using stabilized lines as breeding tools when possible. Sometimes this isnt an option. But I believe it's something to strive for

    Dfg, 2017 grow

I agree. I'm not trying to find the next polyhybrid clone only. I'd like to make stable true breeding strains. I know there is fire to be found in F1s, but I'm in it for the long haul. My pants get tight when I hear someone say "My F8" lol

    Dfg, 2017 grow

I would kill for a good RKS plant. This male smelled so much like skunk and so little like herb that if I'd smelled it on the road you wouldn't have been able to convince me it was tree. I got a bad clone from a buddy and spider mites showed up. They hopped to that male before I noticed and was...

    Dfg, 2017 grow

I had a trifoliate male. It was a sugar plum seed from stony girl gardens. Smelled so much like RKS skunk. My wife thought a skunk had sprayed out back cause he was so loud even in veg. Ended up tossing him as he got a really bad mite problem and I wasn't making seeds at that point. Always sweet...
