    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

this rubbermaid cab really is not that easy to work with. I had to cut the middle shelf out with a jigsaw cause its integrated into the structure. I also had to do a ton of taping to seal it up as it has a ton of holes. I also built a frame around the inside of the opening then used foam pipe...

First time posting pics. Hope this worked. Cab is not quite finished if you can't tell. Still need to mount ballast to the back, buy and install bigger dark room vent ( ones I have don't flow enuf), install magna-tot locks to hold the front doors all the way shut, put some prefilter material...

    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

You will need some 4" flexible dryer hose, and the appropriate hose clamps. Hose clamps will need to be slightly larger than 4" I cant remember exactly what size mine were. When I connected my fan to filter there was not a perfect seal between the two and just plain didnt fit snug. I didnt like...

    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

I also have my fan pulling my air through my carbon filter due to the fact I have it all inside of my cab. I'm pretty sure if I had it pushing through it would be very quiet. I'll say it again I love my S&P 100x. I have a box fan inside of the bedroom my cab is in and its not very loud and...

    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

I's say somewhere between a pc tower and a bathroom vent (not panasonic ofcourse) . the sound is basically air rushing out mostly but i'm pretty sure I could quiet that down a bit with some foam baffle thingies.

Also if you decide to go the cool tube route look into Thermaltake Silent Cat fans. They move about 60 cfm if wired properly and are very very quiet. Also fairly inexpensive.

    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

Here is the link to S&P fans. http://www.hvacquick.com/spfnconfig.php?fm=td. This was one of the cheaper places. I use the 100x model hooked up to a carbon filter which suits my needs just fine, but I have a cooltube and my cab is only 36w x 36h x 18d. My temps usually run between 80 -...

    Help with stealth cabinet ideas!

I use an soler & palau inline fan. its pretty quiet and use could easily drown out the liitle sound it makes with a box fan or pc tower. The problem that you are gonna run into is space inside your cab if you plan on installing a carbon filter inside your cab. You also should look into making or...

Well i got excited because i saw some pistils but later that evening i saw some balls also. I'm growing in 1...
