I understand your post now but I thought ac units take the air from outside then blow in cold air while also exhausting out the back, like it has 2 sides an intake and exhaust. I didn't know the unit takes air from inside the tent. If this is the case couldn't I just run ducting to the intake...

Stsin, did you read my orig. post? The back half of the ac will be outside so blowing that hot air out and away from the room is a good thing. My tent is inside my garage backed up against a wall with a window that leads outside.

I run a 5x5 sog with 1000hps, just FYI it also matters what hood you run to get the full potential of your light spread.

I only do soil grows, nothing else. My water is pretty hard and has a natural ph of around 7.6 i have a 250 gallon tote I guess I will just make a huge batch and pull from that.

I tried outside and the early rain, high winds and 110deg temp really caused a burden, I have a brand new shop built in my back yard, I live on acreage with no neighbors.

I tried outdoor and the weather really took a toll on the plants and that is a once a year grow. I have unlimited funds, unlimited room indoor and outdoor, I'm am leaning towards sog grow, just looking for opinions which grow can produce the most at the quickest rate indoor or out.

I planted 30 clones in late may outside, I got the urge to do more so I just did another 30 clones outdoor just this week, I am in Northern California also. Should be fine.....

Why not just buy a new one? Why risk getting a wrong reading and messing up your grow. They are not expensive unless you get some top of the line fancy one, I got my blue labs off ebay for $70

Was told this is the new top of the line soluble nutrient and you mix only .25 teaspoon per 10gal so it last a very long time.

hmmm maybe I did get them backwards, even then would .4 ph make a huge difference?
