These bugs have been showing up in my garden. I only ever see one at a time but I've killed a few so I know there's more than one. Haven't noticed them causing any problems.

Can anyone tell me why the leaf tips are curling down? I haven't used much fertilizer, 2 feedings of Jack's Classic, half the recommended dosage. It's been 2 weeks since the last feeding. I did add 1/4 tsp of Epsom salts and 3 ml of cal max. Usually 2-3 days between waterings.

I think the yellowing leaves are from nitrogen deficiency but I'd appreciate another opinion.
