Basic Hydroponic Garden Setup - a set on Flickr This is a very simple setup I found and was gonna base my Aeroponic system on. HATCH's looks pretty impressive but if you wanted something more simple here it is.

Nice plants you got there man, shame about the male like you said. You wanna get him out of there tho. Not to hijack your thread or anything but does anyone know? Would using a HPS cost more to run than buying a few more CFLs with reflecters? Hope it goes well and keep us posted :D

Yeh well any suggestions are welcome, I'm only really worried about the smell when the plants budding. I may ask a friend who has a grow room to bud mine with his, good idea? Hopefully he wouldn't steal my babies. The main question for this thread is: Will this setup work?

I'm no expert but from what I know, aluminum reflects more heat than light so you are better off painting the inside of your closet white or coating it in something shiny but not foil. You wanna have it vented out well too, but it will smell too so Carbon filter is probably wise too (so i hear).

I'm trying to do this in a way that wont run up a huge electricity bill. Carbon filter seems like the best bet atm, any idea how power hungry they are? Will they really rack up the electric cost? Also to disguise I'm thinking of having a small see-through greenhouse (about 1 foot in height)...
