Does any one think mixing age old bloom 5-10-5 with Humboldt county's crystal burst 0-15-15 together is ok. bloom with bloom enhancer but two different kinds???

I have a 400 W hps grow light with a vented hood And tempered , temps stay between 70 and 75 degrees. with lights on. How close can i put the light to the tops without Burning the plants.????? Its a 4x4 tent with a 4 inch exhaust fan and passive intake. Rh is between 35 and 50. Thanks for any input
