I think 4 -1000's are over kill for 10x10.you will not be using complete 10x10 you have to have room to walk in and check plants. I think 2 -1000's and if needed maybe 2-400's on sides if plants get so tall that they block out lights. Also 30 plants will fill room up real quick if you let them...

what humidity range are you going for when cured?

I go 18-6hrs last 4 grows. 2 1000w over 4x8 grow tray.
