There is nothing stating that I can't own my firearms and grow my weed. Both are protected by my constitutional rights. I've been on the registry for years and just got back from a successful big game hunt on the western slope. If we live in KS or OK my answer would be different.

You can absolutely call the local authorities. That plant is your property and they stole it. Don't let old stigmas about our favorite plant keep you from your rights.
