I have these two plants growing together. Ahawaska purple, (I know I spelled that wrong..crazy name), and Maui Waui. The Maui is dying. The purple is doing fine. I'm not desperate to save the Maui. Just trying to understand. Could the Purple be killing the Maui? Checked the PH. Running around 6.0.

:roll: I've been wondering if in the process of curing could you vacuum seal the jars? Or use this process in storing. I'm pretty sure,(least i think) that if you vacuum seal while curing you would speed up moisture removal and reduce mold. I would think at least it would be great for storing...
