Micro mole test, not PAR. This is also an important test.

Better yet, here is a test report done by NIST on our 200w unit not too long ago. It will show you everything you need to know. My engineer told me that this was tested with our 200w chip but the power supply being used at the time was only 150 so it's actually 150W that was tested.

PurpleBuz - Yes, I will take pics of the output with the foot-candle meter so everyone can see. You raised a valid point about the led bar. There are a lot of companies out there that I've seen that's doing this already with the led bar with 3-5w led. We don't want to follow their foot steps, we...

You're right PSAUGRO, After a few runs I do see that the 320W unit is not there yet to replace the 1000W unit as far as yield. I've seen it varies between 1/4-1/2 pound depending on the grower with Indica strains. After this run is finished, I'm going to test the 500W unit out and see if it's up...

First of all, great job on your grow PSAUGRO despite all the issues. A great farmer knows from experience how to over come these obstacles. You've done that with this grow. Churchhaze - Before you make a comment without actually testing "punch power" have you done testing on different...

Well said 707, but If you look at any photosynthesis graph you will notice the blue is actually higher than the red. Yes, I do agree that maybe a little more red in the 660-670nm range would be "ideal" color for flower, but we're not that far off at all. Maybe we'll offer that for the next...

Sorry to hear about all the bad vibe going your way PSUAGRO, hopefully that will change soon once you take the girls down. Nice frost btw! You said you prefer more on the 660nm, our chip specs is pretty dead on with the red that you've mention. I don't know of any COB companies out there that...

Looks good PSUAGRO! I'm sure you can't wait to sample these. What do you think of our light thus far vs the lights you've been using? Please let us know once you chop it down quality of the bud, yield, and any thing else you like to add. We appreciate your honest opinion. BTW how tall is your...

PSUGRO - looks like your girls are filling up nicely. When do you think those will finished 3 weeks? Can't wait to see the finished product. I got the fixture yesterday and mounted another 100w chip on the fixture and left it on overnight to see if the heat sink is the issue. Came in this...

Testing InnoLed's 120w horticultural led fixture= Let there be warm white/ high cri light!:)

Thanks for the update PSUAGRO, sorry to hear about the light. We use this heat sink on 100W before without any issues, so we know it can dissipate the heat. The only thing I can think of is the new heat pad that they just came out with. It doesn't look like it's transferring the heat from the...

SDS - So I finally got a chance to follow up with some of the glass/lens manufactures that you recommended. Here is the outcome. Schott's rep said they don't make lenses any more. I guess they don't sell enough of it to keep that department open. Edmund optics lens cost 7 times more than what we...

PSUAGRO - Do you still have room to move the light higher to have better coverage? I wouldn't normally recommend taking the lens off, but from looking at your situation, you might have to for better spread. Just a thought, do what you see fit. Not to question your method or how you grow, but...

Thanks for the info Petflora. It's funny that Samsung is still trying to come out with a "white" LED by mixing Red, Green, and Blue to achieved the "white" light spectrum while we already have that spectrum dialed in. What about all the other colors in between that the plants need? I think this...
