Hang dry them for 5-7 days. You get the best results this way. I don't trim until the stem is about to snap. Wet trimming takes wayyyy longer. Cut em up and put in ice chests to keep em from drying up on you or buy a humidifier for your dry room.

Nice , I just put mine in 50 gallon smart pots this year . I'm at higher elevation 4,500ft and the plants finish alot faster here. I average over a pound per plant though.
