@Alienwidow @SweetHayz I kept everything constant and was patient. In 2 weeks everything came back. The plants have grown and look incredible now. I was able to cut 50 clones from just 1 plant yesterday! I have got my work cut out for me. Thanks for your help.

This was in the system for no more than two hours! Glad it didn't go longer. Apparently peroxyacetic acid has a residual effect... hence the delayed pH shock.

I had the same issues in an earlier aero grow (browning roots) and resolved the issue by lowering the root chamber temps via cooler nutrients and cutting back the on time. HPA is all about learning your specific system. Each system has different requirements. On/Off times will be determined by...
