I've read about the vegan nutrients and "that camp" imply u need as much and more nutrients for your girls during bloom so I'd think your veg cycle food combined with 'bloom booster' , cal-mag, etc, might give more bang.

Wow u must not have a problem with heat in your room. I'd think during the whole day with the lights blaring, your temps will get u up to 100 degrees unless you're running LEDs. My attic/2nd floor is my only option to grow until I build a hoophouse, and winters are only time it stays under 85...
