I ran one and got nearly nothing, 10 grams. The flowers are beautiful and the medicinal value is spot on but the yield is the weakest I've seen so far. Hope that helps.

You could use coconut husk for aeration and water holding. Microbes do well in it when conditions are good, however you will have k leaching after breakdown occurs. Usually around the 30 day mark or so. If you back off on kelp meal a bit you could use that. This is a bit late but maybe it will...

Awesome information. For the new guys I just wanted to add that they can foliar feed the cal/mag while they are working through their issues. This way they can supplement the plants quickly. The hardest time I had was in the transition to bloom where the need for P and K are up. Good luck.

You can foliar the K silicate and avoid coco K+ issues as long as you go lightly. You don't want runoff dripping in your medium, just in case.
