Armor Si is an overpriced silica-product in a fancy bottle. There are way cheaper substitutes. Also you can buy some silica-products that can be used as foliar fertilizer. That way you don't have to worry about rising EC or pH. Still you have to be carefull not to overfeed,

    PerfectPH gives away free device

I also looked for raisins that would work the same as the stuff in the PerfectPH. Amberlite™ CG-50 - type 1, ion-exchange resin. You can buy some on Alibaba as well. Finding the right size is not easy at all. The stuff to recharge the PerfectPH is just a diluted acid. Nothing special. I wrote...

This company could do a better job in marketing and showing results. If applied correct it seems it works well.

    PerfectPH gives away free device

Did you get the right one in the end? Curious which one you did buy. I looked around for it, but it is not easy to find.

Keep on using it! Very interesting device. I still am not sure if it is all safe for human beings? Are there some standards by the FDA or a similar organisation?

What is the proper water temperature for cloning using a cloning machine

I don't see them mention a temperature on the link you gave.

    Having hell cloning..

You can leave the lights on 24/7. This will give you a much more stable climate. That is one thing less to worry about. Also buy some IBA (if you didn't already do that) It will help you get roots faster and thus less chance of rot.

    Masterblend?

I think that Silica is the only additive that has a proven track record. No need to buy the fancy overprices stuff from all the cannabis brands.

Jacks 321 vs Masterblend/Calnit/Epsom salt analysis

I did answer. If 20-20-20 works well, this means that this ratio is within the bandwith. But that is not the same that plants just sorts it out by itself. Plants in general uptake what we give them. Sure some elements can block other other elements. But plants 'sorting it out' or 'deciding' is...

Jacks 321 vs Masterblend/Calnit/Epsom salt analysis

Because plants can do well on a wide range of different ratio's. In a certain bandwith. Especially cannabis as it is a weed :) But why do you think that Peters and Yara have all these different ranges of nutes? And why do you think professional growers in greenhouses monitor the ratio's of...

Jacks 321 vs Masterblend/Calnit/Epsom salt analysis

Your basic thought is already wrong. A plant does not 'decide' what it needs. If this was the case, a plant could never be overfed. And we all know that this happens from time to time. In addition, if a plant would only take up what it needs, we could just put all the elements in large...

    Recommendations for bud trimmer.

If you do have that digital caliper still around.... and you have some spare time.... could you measure also the thickness of the base plate? Just if you have time. And if you are not too tired. Both my father and mother in law had Corona. Even weeks later they are still tired.

Let's discuss flavor in relation to hydroponic growing

How many days/weeks do you use this ripening feed? How do you make this ripening feed? With Jacks 3-2-1 for example you could give less N by giving less Calcinit. But how could one lower the amount of P?

Jacks 321 vs Masterblend/Calnit/Epsom salt analysis

I do not argue that plants have different needs at different times. Science does. Tomato growers and all other professional growers in artificial circumstances use different ratios and other supplements in different stages. So these formulas like 3-2-1 are perhaps easy to use, but they do not...
