    Not sure what problem is

So, I cut down the lanky plant and pulled apart the soil, there was no rot. but there were also barely any roots. I probably won't mess with the red pot for a bit. There is a pretty healthy amount of perlite in the mix I used.

    If I harvest these now,

If I harvest these now, would they be worth drying/curing or should they just go to compost?

    Not sure what problem is

I was thinking it might be root rot, I think I'm going to try and take one or two clones and just harvest them, or trim them and give them another week. No I didn't properly aerate, I had planned to move up in pot size and aerate. But life. Thanks

Plant Moisture Stress - Symptoms and Solutions

I woke up to this, the lanky one started a day or two before the one in the red pot, some soft some crispy leaves.

    Not sure what problem is

It's not too little water, if anything too much. Temp could be, but could it happen overnight with temp? It's Jiffy Natural and Organic Young Plant Mix with top soil on top. (I had planned on transplanting but wasn't able.) Side note: Most of the leaves are still soft, some are crispy, some...

    Testing Nutrient Content

Is there a way to test the macro and/or micro nutrients when trying to find ingredients for a soil mix? For example, if I wanted to take things from my garden and process them, via drying, composting, etc., and wanted to know what nutrient they would provide for my plants. I hope this makes...

Thought I would play with a couple clones!!!

Runoff wouldn't be an issue if you control it. 1/2 GPH gravity drip. 500mL at a time.

    Light Mixing

Veg Currently, I'm running 180w of CFL (per unit, running two units) on an 18/6 schedule in a 2x2x3 space. 2 - 42w 2700k & 4 - 23w 6500k Would it be worth it to leave 2 of the 6500k or 1 of the 2700k on 24hr and have the rest of the bulbs on a 18/6 so that the plants never trigger a sleep...

Stealth Auto Grow - Switching from CFLs to LED

@coreywebster I'm going to go with smaller active heatsinks and wire my cobs individually so I can operate eat cob independently and the CFLs will will each have a pull string or switch connected to it.

Stealth Auto Grow - Switching from CFLs to LED

As for height, I started at like 3in with 2 6500k and they stayed pretty small. I added another 6500k and a 42w 2700k raised the lights to about 4-5 inches and they started growing better with tight nodes. I have them at like 5-6 inches now and for a pre flower stretch that ends next Friday...

Stealth Auto Grow - Switching from CFLs to LED

I'm a new grower, I'm using a 2x2x3 cabinet cause it was free. I was going to expand my CFL setup(see bottom), but after stumbling across growmau5, I've been trying to come up with a cob build for my cabinet. I'm planning on doing a DIY two cob setup with active heatsinks for autos. I want to...
