i got 185h c1400b driver ..what i need to make him dimmable ?

i got advice to use this driver for up to 4 cob's (clu48 1212) but cob ,wide 60' reflector with sockets ++ wire cost waay less from that driver they want 69€ with shipping and all rest is 57€ dont know will these drivers must cost way over rest prices or not but ... thanks
