Wow after transplanting into new soil and pot yesterday they took off over night

Bought some new soil today it's American seed brand starting soil I also have another seed germinating any advice on how u should go about switching them to the new soil should I do it now or wait and with the new water cycle one of the plants really started to pick up I'm attaching a pic of it
