Hey, I just get my key drivers and smart dimmers. I downloaded the software and create my dimming profile. But uploading it to the dimmers fails. The Programm says “connection error” in the end. I tried it with 3 different versions of windows 7, 8.1 & 10 ... any idea what I can try now...
