the plant is about a month and 3 weeks old and it gets watered till the soil is nice and moist then he waits till it is almost fully dry again too water (so roots can breathe)

Ok, i have a problem, i am placing my pants in pots and in a sort of swamp, the ground is wet but not covered in water, if i dig a hole and come back in a day the hole will be filled with water. So, my question is, would i be able to dig a small hole 1-3" deep just to place the pots in or...

I was planning to start my babies indoors under the 24 hour light cycle then move outdoors, but if that will shock the plants, then what is a better way?, and keep in mind i have to be stealth when starting these plants, no one can see them.
