You should get your light from Budtech.co.uk! they sell vero 29 kit with fixtures, wires, ecc. and the quality of the product it's amazing plus delivery it's in 2-3 days.

If that was up to me deciding on my plants, i’d wait at least till I get 30-40% amber. That’s totally personal depending on what you are looking for in terms of couch lock or more active/energetic. I know it’s hard every time it comes to that point even if you have years of experience
