    Plants look like azz... help!!

Was that grow in ffof also? The thing about low humidity is that is causes increased transpiration, ie the plant takes up more water/solution through the roots. So it ends up getting more nutes than it can use. Just my $0.02 Flush em and see how they do. Keep ppm low. Best wishes.

    Plants look like azz... help!!

Try and keep humidity closer to 60-65 and see if that helps. Sometimes over transpiration can cause curling like that.

The DARK: How many days of dark before crop

Hey man. So my problem is that I have one tent, it’s my grow tent and my drying tent, and I have plants that are going to finish at different times, maybe a week or so apart. I figured I could chop some, kill the lights, and let the others finish in the dark. If I keep my humidity around...

The DARK: How many days of dark before crop

Oh hell no. No they’re gonna finish, one way or another! I guess I’ll just keep watching them and if some are totally done and others need several more days I’ll set up a closet. I like having a variety of strains, who doesn’t, but man it’s been kind of a pain in the ass trying to accommodate...

The DARK: How many days of dark before crop

Yeah, I guess humidity is the one concern. The potted ones would be at 30-40% and the chopped ones need 50-60. Shit. Any other ideas for strains that are finishing several days, even a week or two, apart?

The DARK: How many days of dark before crop

I hear you. My goal is to cut down some earlier than others and leave them all in the dark so I don’t have to create a new space for drying. If I had separate drying and growing areas I wouldn’t bother with the dark period for the unharvested plants. Make sense?

The DARK: How many days of dark before crop

I’m reviving this thread because I have a specific question. I have four strains in my current (and first) grow. Some will undoubtedly be ready before others and I had planned to use my grow tent as my drying tent. So I just thought of an idea: chop the early finishers and hang to dry in the...

Sapphire OG trichomes x65 magnified - clear or milky?

This was taken on March 28, so that’s 8 days ago. That magnified pic was from tonight. I don’t have other pics and it’s lights out. I can take some tomorrow. Thanks for the response.

Sapphire OG trichomes x65 magnified - clear or milky?

when would you chop these? Sapphire OG is an 85% indica 15% sativa. I’m inexperienced. Are these clear or milky? Would it be a mistake to wait for 20% amber? From what I’ve read, you want to chop indicas with very little amber. But I kind of like a heavy high. Anyone with experience...

Newbie Help! Cause of silver/light brown spots

I helped on a grow that used Azamax and Nuke Em as preventatives, alternating each product every couple of weeks in veg. Both products work on thrips and mites. Using both ensures the pests don’t build a resistance to one.

Newbie Help! Cause of silver/light brown spots

Thrips are just around. They may have hitched a ride indoors on you, on an animal, who knows. When the right environment and food is provided, bugs appear. I had never seen a tomato hornworm until I started growing tomatoes, ya know? Of all the big problems to have thrips is not an awful one...

Newbie Help! Cause of silver/light brown spots

That looks like thrips more than it looks like spider mites. Good thing you’re still in veg. Thrips aren’t too hard to get rid of. There are some DIY methods online to fight them. As far as organic pesticides go, I like Azamax. Spinosad is effective too, and cheaper. They look great aside...
