I said I would do this a while ago, so here we go. I started three (really don't fukin know) fem seeds but they are all the same. One in a 1 gallon, one in a 2 gallon, and one in a 3 gallon grow bag. FFOF soil. Currently between a 400 and a 600. They will all be treated equal. Watered with untested ph well water with no nutes yet.

Let's call this Day 1. Transplant day.

I've been using 1 gallon grow bags for a while now. Let's see how the harvests compare.

I will update this every week or so.

Hey man I've been seeing your threads for a while now.. I too love autoflower's! I run LED's/ 3 gallon pots/FFOF/ Humboldt Natural Bloom & Fox farm big bloom. I've yet to tune in my nutrients just right, I keep having issues with phosphorous with pretty much all of my autoflowers. Have you run in to this issue at all? Thanks in advance man

I fuckin love your posts dude, I can tell you do this for fun/passion and not just to make money :)
My White Widow Auto and Blue Mammoth Auto are just germinating, on about day 5-6, I really hope they do as well as yours haha

Are they in a paper towel? Or straight to dirt? 5-6 days is quite a while in the paper towel to not see something happening. If in dirt they should be popping any day.

Good luck.

Glad you enjoy my posts.
Sorry mate they were in paper towel for about 2 days lol, they are growing healthy in soil atm but still small, and is it correct that the smaller the pot = the smaller the plant but will grow/flower faster? and bigger pot = bigger plant and longer growth time? or does the pot size not affect flowering in any way?

This is my white widow auto in less than a 1 gallon at day 7 so week today just water will start introducing bio grow at end of week 2 with less doses than the bottle says. This is like my 3rd ever grow so can't really compare but looks good so far I guess or does it look a bit stunted in growth? Using 6 20w cfl 6500k and 2 25w cfl 2700k

It looks good to me. You can't compare yours to mine. For one, they are different strains. Two, you are running roughly 9,200 lumen and I'm running 140,000 lumen. And 3, we have different nutes and soil.

I don't start nutes until pistils show because of the FFOF soil I use. These 3 below have had no nutes yet.

That's what this thread is all about
I have never grown indoors before, I am clueless about this. I was moreso after an answer for the speed of growing them in smaller pots compared to larger pots in regards to flowering/harvest time. But thank you lol

Oh I didn't mean compare to yours I meant compare to any other grows I have done with so little experience.

About 25 days from transplant. Pistils are a poppin. I just took this pic. The 1 gallon is bone dry. The 2 and 3 gallons are still heavy. I watered about 3-4 days ago. Turned the 400 off. Just running the 600 24/0 now.

The 3 gallon is whooping some tail. Nice trunk too. @bf80255 I THINK these might be A1-Ch. Started smelling skunky about 7 days ago.

This isn't really fair because the 3 gallon is closer to the light. I need to make some steps next time so the top of the pots are all even.
