$1000 Setup that will yield 1 pound every harvest?

So, after Christmas break I will be ready to start growing indoors, and as the title says, I'd like to yield a pound or so every harvest with a ~$1000 setup. If I'm a little over budget, that is ok, but not going over $1500. I prefer quality products with warranties. Read NO CRAIGSLIST. I've seen others pulling 1 pound yields out of 3x3 tents, and if this is possible after I get dialed in, it sounds ideal. I know the basics: grow space, light, air circulation, exhaust fan with carbon filter, medium, and nutes.

So, is it possible to pull 1 pound from a 3x3 tent? I've seen Apollo 3x3 on amazon for as little as $100.

I've been considering 600w HPS vs COB. I think I could manage the higher temps of HID with a dedicated inline fan if the yield warrants it. I know this is a controversial subject. Thoughts?

I plan on using Smart Pots (or similar) and Fox Farm Soils - Happy Frog for seedlings, transplanted into Ocean Forest. Added perlite if necessary.

I've seen various 6" inline fan and carbon filter combos on amazon for $150 or less. iPower, Apollo, Ventech. Are there any to steer clear of?

Nutes - open to suggestions here. I'd like to keep it simple. Also, will I need pH, TDS meters?

Like I said, I won't germ my seeds until after the first of the year, so no big rush. If there is any new equipment coming out (mainly lights I suppose) I would wait if there was a benefit.

Thanks for any and all suggestions. Knowledge is power.

It can be done with a 600w and a 3x3. I'd go 4x4. it fills up quick I'd also wouldn't get a tent id build a Room. we all have our preferences though. I think tents are for camping and rooms are for growing. light, fans, nutes, some white paint a little caulk ply wood and a couple 2x3s. 1000 bucks should get it done. I like my ceiling at least 8 ft tall and 4 2x3s and 4 sheets of ply are cheaper than a tent. my opinion but I'm a grumpy old hippy

(1) 4x4x7 tent -$140

(1) 6" in line 400cfm fan/carbon filter combo -$110
(1) HM Digital TDS meter -$55
(1) HM Digital pH meter -$45
(1) digital hygrometer/thermometer
GH 3 part Flora Series nutes $35 (for all 3 Micro/grow/bloom)
Timers/circulating fan/power strip/ratchet hangers/inlet filter/dirt/smart pots/catch trays/spray bottles/flex ducting/tape & other misc. items needed $200 or so.
About $950 or so would get it done pretty well.

Another $300 or so would get you a small 2x3x5 tent with a T5HO setup for germinating/cloning/mommas/vegging etc while your main tent is flowering. Then you can get a run every 8-10 weeks or so like clock work.
If you can manage to get .5 gpw (which is very obtainable from even a novice grower) on each run thats 10 zips every 8-10 wks. Dial in your grow, learn techniques, and use solid genetics to watch your gpw climb. Im not sure of your experience level, but I believe getting a lb out of a 3x3 with a 600W for a novice is quite ambitious. Not impossible, but pretty ambitious. Best of luck with whatever direction you end up going!
