108 GALLON

Hi all! I am getting ready to set up a new grow station and am a complete noob when it comes to aeroponics. I plan on using two 54 gallon totes for my plants veg & bloom. I will be using a 1000w light in a 90sq ft enclosed area. I will be using a 5-10 gallon yeast fermenting set up run through tubes above each plant for co2 compensation. the area has a decent ventilation set up that forces the heat down and and through a second area into an iguana cage for heat/ humidity reuse and then out into another room. What i need to know is how to go about setting up the rest. how many plants can i place per tote, how many misters should be used, what size res should i use for a 108 gallon set up, and an estimate/ list on how many gallons of chemicals to use. Also if some one could maybe estimate the yield for this set up i plan to let them grow upto 60 inchs starting the bloom cycle at 18-20 inchs.
