12-12 from seed yeild?

I dunno, I just don't think Seedling 12/12 is worth it unless you use an en masse design like SoG. I dunno, though, because I've never done it and only have what I hypothesize to go off of.

This was my first attempt at 12-12 from seed I'm using fleuros and was wondering what yeilds others have gotten with this method.
It won't get you much, at most a gram or two. Your plant is probably going to be less then a foot tall, maybe have two nodes. Buds will be few and far between. Give it at least 3 to 4 weeks of veg at 16/8. The results will be worth it.

I would save your electricity if I were you man. My last personal grow I only vegged for two weeks before I went into flower (and these were clones not seedlings) and I got just under a pound out of three 600watt hps lights. Good weed, but yield wise that's not even worth it. Veg time is everything. If you're not vegging for at least six to eight weeks then don't even bother with having an expectation for yield. Just expect disappointment.

This plant vegged for two weeks before going into flower, here it is before cut-down.

Now here is a plant that was vegged for seven weeks and is only in its six week of flower (granted also under a 1000w hps instead of a 600w)

Look at how much more massive that nug is! And it's still got two more weeks of bulking up.

The sad reality check my friends, there are no shortcuts.

Cultivating cannabis, even at the hobby level, requires a significant investment of your time and resources. It requires patience, and a second job to finance that patience while your electric bill climbs up before your first harvest.

Hid lighting, veg for at least six weeks, 7 gallon pots or bigger. An ac or cooling set up to make sure temps don't go above 80, 85 if you add co2.

We can debate on organic nutes vs synthetic nutes or soil vs hydro all day but we cannot debate on all that other stuff. Be patient or you might as well just be someone's patient! Lol

lol so funny to hear people bashing 12/12 from seed, it can be great and yield great. a few key points, like autos, you dont want to transplant them, if you do you must do it when they are only days old seedlings... straight into a big pot (5+ gallons) in an organic supersoil. Thats it, you can easily yield over a qp with the right strain with this method, my best was 5.5 oz. I still do it sometimes when I have space in the flower room but not enough plants to fill it, average 2-3 oz, it has to be from seed though dont try from clone unless you do sea of green. tga strain work well for 12/12 from seed stay away from pure indica if you are looking for a decent yield hybrids will perform best.
