12/12 Literally from seed?

I am currently growing two unknown strains 12/12 from seed, check my journal out.

You could do that if you want like 10 grams a plant lol.
I don't think this is very practical...unless you have some REALLY POWERFUL lights at both spectrums.

I'd wait a couple of weeks to get those tiny leaves bulked up.I want to start some seeds off at 12/12. Does that literaly mean that I start them at 12/12 or do I let them sprout first before I put them in 12/12. Basically I just want to know if its ok to start them on 12/12 even at the very begining>>>> Thanks everyone!!!
