Will 2 120 w 3500k each 7000k total will these work for two plants?

It says they are 30w, so you've got a total of 60w.
They are 3500k, which is not really all that good for vegetative growth nor flowering. You should look at getting bulbs that are 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower.
To answer your question, no. You're going to need more bulbs and the correct kelvin temp for each stage of the plant's life.
Since you're doing 2 plants, you will definitely need more than 60w. Rule of thumb is 100w for 1 plant and that's a bare minimum. Make sure to look at the actual watts used on the package, instead of the equivalent wattage.

For a CFL grow I highly recommend...
a mixed spectrum, at a ratio of 3:1 of 6500K to 3000k CFL's for veg, flower is the other way around. I use the 23W CFL's from the grocery store.
Like Marphy said 100W/plant (or more).
CFL's don't have great penetration, so think "side lighting".

Go buy some 2700K's and 6500K's and add those to the 2 3500K's you have already to make a nice a spectrum.
Use the ratio Hugo provided above, I do something similiar with my grow - provide a spectrum of light for the plant. Pick up a few more bulbs for side lighting, it'll really help with the smaller watt CFL's. You could try the bigger CFL bulbs instead of alot of smaller ones, just get a few big ones or use both!

Ok so now I have a total of 112w with 5 26w 1750 lumens CFLs is this enough or do I need more?

Hey smoke, the information provided above is pretty sound. Let me give you some backing and some links!!
(Averaging lumens/square foot.) You're going to want about 10,000 lumens per plant.
I recall reading that the best watt/lumen ratio cfl was in fact 24w. Giving a total over about 1,700 lumens.
For the vegetative stage of your lady you obviously want Cfl's in the color temperature 6500(k).
2700k is believed to have profound effects on overall potency however I've personally grown with only 6500k light just fine.
During the vegetative phase you want about 70:30-6500k-2700k light if not all 6500k However i've seen affective method starting seedlings on 12/12 with only 2700k light.
So honestly unless perfection is your goal light temperature won't hurt ya to much. You're problem here is clearl.
LUMENS You don't have nearly enough.
This is the best deal on cfl's you will ever find.

Be sure to remember to read the boxes well they might claim to be 40w! but in reality are 8w... Read the real wattage vs the output iquevilant! (both will be labeled on the box)
