Thats only 56 watts sir and it isnt enough you need atleast 100 watts and if its Daylight i think its good for vegitative growth. Never saw a 120k Daylight bulb

what are you calling neon's? about as high kelvin you want is 6500k, and as low as 2500k. some people use a combo of different kelvin heats, some use one straight kelvin heat,to veg and another to flower. the sky is the limit. the 12000k bulb is for reefs in fish tanks. if you can get your money back or swap it, you may be better off. if not just build up around them with the better kelvin range. if they where outside they would get that light anyway.

i got the 2 upper neons adding 20 each , so in total 106 ;)

ok that looks like a t8 to t12 tube. that said you should have t5 ho tubes and a lot closer. the two cfls are not the best kelvin heat and are too far away. you really do need more light and better kelvin range. stick something under your plants and get them about 2" to 3" from the lights, and make sure to keep the temps between 75º and 85º. good luck.
