125w heat output

Hey guys don't know much about cfl's but I have a sealed place no ventilation was looking to start seedlings in there using 125w cfl and I can open it 3-4 times a day. Would that be okay? I don't kno anything about heat output on cfl's just heard they put out little to no heat. Box is about 3.5ft x 2 height is 2ish.

i would suggest some ventilation is it posible to even have a pc fan in there blowing air out or something? have they sprouted yet? they dont give much heat out but after some hours with no fresh air its not going to stay the same temp. n remember to put those cfls nice n close say 2 inches. got any pics of your setup?

I have'nt really got any ventilation. Its just a temporary spot will be getting moved later. I've got like 10 seeds but I need 40 cuttings so was just going to veg it till I can get my 40 cuttings than cut it all up and start from scratch with the 40 cuttings and dump the plants. Not started yet just thought about it a few hours ago really. And no pictures sorry! +Rep for your help though

is it stealth issues you got or just nothing els to put them in to start with?

Main problem is with heat because its sealed off and I have no experience with CFL (Usually veg with HPS) I did'nt know if it would get too hot because I've heard they let off little to no heat so thought I would just post on here just to make sure.

fair enough plants need fresh air anyways but if you have money i think a good led lights would serve you well.(dont go with a cheap one get a well know brand with 3w per bulb)

It might be out of my budget. Won't be using the cfl for long though anyway thanks for your help though!!
