Hi to all,
i was busy setting up the grow room so i didn't have much time to write about my grow.

The grow room is 1x2x2m
8 critical mass clones in a hydro rdwc.

We are in day 33 veg , light cycle 24/0
The plants were vegging under 4 x ASL24GPV , 3 x ASL24GPA and 1 x ASL24GPF panels , total watt:192 for a month.

I have to mention that this is my 3rd grow ever, first try in hydro so the plants weren't growing in the best conditions (half the clones were dry for 2-3 days so their roots were damaged, later on without pump, only watering twice a day for 3 weeks, 3 branches broken by mistake, their roots where exposed to light for several hous during the grow room construction, some cutted roots, low EC nutrients for 10 days and more..)
DSC_0353.jpg

The water in the buckets is about 3cm high.
Total water in 8 buckets and reservoir is 20lt, but i will put a bigger reservoir as it has to be refilled once a day.

I use the AN SensiGrow A&B pH P and in flowering i will use SensiBloom A&B pH P and maybe something more.

The biggest problem i can forsee is the temperatures.
I will split the grow room above the buckets, so no light and heat at all to the buckets, reservoir and roots.
I have a TD-Silent fan with 350m3/hour air extraction with filter, and ii does it job fine.
With all systems systems on(TD in low speed), the grow room sealed, and with room temperatures 25C the temparature in the grow room was 26.5C, pretty well compared to 2 400w hps, don't you think so? :)
I will have some frozen bottles if i see that the water gets to hot.

From day 30 the plants are under 4 x ASL24GPV , 3 x ASL24GPA and 8 x ASL24GPF panels , total watt:360.
Total power draw (leds, air fan, ventilation, water pump) is about 450w
A little bit of supper cropping, a little more LST untill the net is filled ( i thnik 5 days will be enough),
and we go on to flowering period.

These dexion brackets are very easy for anyone to make. Nevertheless Astir can supply you with these brackets and i think soon they will be on the website as an option. Three in a row as ganja has them, four in square etc..
The brackets in Ganja's photo connect three panels to make a bigger one. This way is easy to cover larger surfaces with less cords.

The brackets you can see in my photos are a little bit different. I made them like that for better usage of the panels. Under the brackets the panels are hanged with 30cm long chains.
For the moment, the 15 panels are all in the same height as the plants grow horizontally under the net. Later on that the buds will grow vertically and they will not be the exact height, i will be able to raise some panels a little bit. So all the buds will be at the same distance from the panels.

The whole bracket is hanged by 4 steel cords in the corners, so any time i want to do something to the plants (lst etc) i can raise all of them in once with ease, so i don't have to raise every panel itself. I have also thought to put a small 25euros winch and attach the 4 cords so that i don't have to raise the whole system by hand, as it is a little heavy.

SensiBloom A&B pH P 4ml/lt from each bottle

I have mixed the nutes in the existing vegging ones for more smooth transition and i have installed a larger tank.
The box wasn't fully sealed so in had the plants in 24/0 and then swithced directly to 12/12 because i am back in the timetable.
I can see some intense internodal stretching.
The EC is higher than 4 so tomorrow i will replace the water with fresh low ppm tap water
Main problem the roots that are clogging the tubes.
With 37 °C outside and 25°C in the house, the highest temps for the moment in the box is 30°C.

Wow, that's a shit pot full of Astir Panels

Photos- your camera needs to be closer to the plants. The dark area above the panels is affecting the light/dark balance as well as focus

These photos are from my cell phone. I'll try to find a camera for the rest.

AN SensiBloom A&B pH P 4ml/lt
Foliar Feeding with 7ml/lt AN B1 Vitamins

I have opened the buckets to check he tubes for roots cloggind them and also for root rot.
In 2-3 plants the roots int the center have a slimmy brownish color.

This is obviously my mistake, for 50 days i was only adding water and haven't changed int once.
Now i changed the whole water, i cleaned the buckets and i have added a small air pump in the central tank.
I hope they will be ok.

I have moved the net and the led panels 15cm higher to let the buds take their final place.
Sprayed them with 10ml/lt Neem Repel, as i have noticed some flies.
