What are you adding to the soil?[/QUOTE]

3-18-18-1 zn blend of 100% ortho phosphate fertilizer. I’ll be spoon feeding the same blend with micros every 7 days after emergence.

I've seen a 2 story barn crank out 45lbs
This was the flower location.

The plants were started elsewhere and maintained until they were needed.

The flower house had like 4-5 people living onsite and they worked every day.

Harvest time they hired extra people to trim.

There was always a crisis happening.

Dehumidifier goes down it sets off a chain reaction etc.

You are talking 2/3 more work.

After seeing what I did I list all interest
In a large scale grow. Sucks all the fun out of it.

Now the real pros are setting up here and its all automated and sterile.

I hope you will share your struggles so the guys coming in after you will get a real glimpse of what it actually takes.

Its a buyers market which means it has to look, smell and taste right and you have to almost give it away.

150 pounds. 160 was a typo. I’m an agronomist by trade. 150 1 lb plants is my goal. Plant nutrition isn’t going to be an issue. I have a doctorate in soil science. I’m reading a ton, and have partnered with an experienced cultivator, however he’s never done a grow close to this large. And Harry, trimming isn’t an issue with a Tumble Trimmer.
Wouldn't the "Tumble Trimmer" company be able to tell you the percentage of bud that is removed by using their trimmer?
Just sayin..

I had no problem with you expecting 1 lb plants until I read each plant is getting 12 square ft maximum. That would not include aisles to work from in a 30 x 60 greenhouse, that's wall to wall plants. You will need to double the foot print of each plant if your expecting to see a pound per plant. 150 -65 gallon smart pots with proper spacing and good soil should get you there with a little know how. Of course mother nature could take a big shit on the best laid plans...

If you were capable of successfully growing that much product, you would already be a successful commercial scale grower and would not be on rollitup asking silly questions like this.
People I know that have grown that much almost NEVER do it again..For obvious reasons.

I would say VIALBE trim for HASH (using recirculating butane machine) from a trimmed 150lbs is a whopping about 2-5 lbs.. now if you want it ALL then that number is anywhere from 5-10lbs and most of that will yield garbage hash. But these are just ball park figures (From personal experience). The amount of hash? totally up to how your grow ends up, how potent and the GENETICS you used. You could end up with 75 lbs of garbage mold or bammer if you aren't careful. 30x60? What genetics did you stumble across? Some 10lb monsters from some really nice guy in the woods? You have them in the ground? Did you start them under lights? You still gotta get Fifteen- ten pound plants in a 30X60 space..seems ambitious..you would be better off with 300 gallon smart pots, but your 18in top soil is so intriguing. I think your space should be 60X90 or larger, with dollied smart pots, but then you would need a concrete pad to roll them round on. the logistics of what you are trying to do is daunting but not impossible. But nuff said, your space is too small.

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. 2 greenhouses both 30x60. I thought about smart pots, but the dirt I have is way too fertile and high producing it would be counter productive. It was tillage radishes this past year so there’s no hard pan whatsoever and it’s pattern tiled.

Plants have been under lights for 3 weeks. With the 2’ of snow we caught over the weekend it’ll be a long while before they see real sunshine.

IMHO
Unless you've already done large scale, production crops before.
You're being very optimistic, about your yield!
Granted, they'll be in a greenhouse. But as someone has already mentioned, there needs to be a lot of space between the plants. So they can get sun, all day long.
Otherwise you'll just end up with plant competing for the light. You can't pack a green house full of plant, the same as you can pack a grow room.
Each plant needs all the room they can get. If you were growing plants 6' tall or more, and 6' wide. Then I'd believe the expected yield. But at that size at 6 foot bushes/trees. How many can you fit in two 60' X 30' green houses???
Even in a greenhouse the plants aren't safe from the elements. Wind and storms maybe. But not everything else.
Do you have a shit tonne of air ventilation, and extraction? How are you cooling it down in the hot sun?
Everything about growing outdoors, is dependent on the season.
There won't be any using manures etc either. It'll be bottles, and reservoirs.

With two houses 60 x 30 it seems achievable but not easily manageable IMO. Your still really tight for plants of that size. It calculates to 24 sqft per plant or 4.9' x 4.9'. Again without room to walk and work.

FTR - I've never done a grow of this magnitude. Still some things remain a constant in the equation, and space per plant is up at the top of that list. If it were me I would go with less plants and wider spacing. Best of luck !!

You picked the wrong game to count your eggs before they hatched. I'm also thinking that even great topsoil that has been previously farmed generally has a compaction rate that most large scale weed tree growers would amend or avoid.

Are you adding anything at all to the soil? Has it been tested?

A few truck loads of gypsum, and a big plough.
It'll be fine mate.
