Hey guys! The strain is Ice, and has a 8-9 week flowering period. Put the seed in the soil 16 days ago.

I have a couple of questions...

1) How is the size for the age?

2) Does it look like it still has a while until it would be effectively topped?

3) Do you think the temperature sitting around 65F is greatly effecting growth?

Thanks in advance!!

Thanks guys! What I really wasnt sure about is what counts as "branches". For instance, does it have 3 sets now? Or does it not have any real branches yet at all?

Thanks so much for the help guys!

:bigjoint:can i ask what light you intend to use, why not just bend the main cola instead of cutting?
Check out my grow thread! It's in my sig...my Veg light is 4 2' flouros. Flowering with a 400w HPS.

Why bend one when I could top and have 2 or even 4?

:weed:i bend my main cola and still end up with several fat colas an the end, have you ever tried it?
Nope, I'm actually on my first grow though :-o, I'd like to try a few different methods between the 4 I have going, and possible clones...this sounds interesting.

So you bend the plant, to the right or left and then other colas start to branch from where it is bent, the other way?

At least thats what I'm picturing, please splain or link. Thanks a lot!

yeah man bend it over , use little hook on stick or string to bend and the other buds will catch up in size, you are just trying to make an even canopy, if you look at my thread 10 day old bubblebomb in indoor growing i think i have a pic. but ne way i think its better than cutting but as you say try a few ways. remember that pot size doesnt have to be huge to get a good return, sometimes a small pot can be an advantage.you can feed and water more often for a start.

Hey man I just checked your thread and didnt see any pictures/ descriptions of bending. Do you know of anyone else who used that method and took pics? I would like to try it out, but I just want to be clearer on it

look up lst in grow faq or google it, there are grows going on all over. its really so simple, it is just a case of stopping that main cola growing up and thats it.
