2 quick questions about spider mites

So, I've won round 1 with a whacking of NEEM mixed per directions on the bottle. They all appear to be dead, but I'm hitting it again tomorrow, and 2 days after that to be sure.

Question 1, Should I wash their desd bodies off my plant, or not worry about it and let them fall off naturally?

Question 2, Will the white spots eventually refill their chlorophyll, or will it continue to look like it has the mange?
