200w CFL V.S. 300w LED (165W)

As the title
im currently vegging under a 200w CFL
im wondering if the 300w Burple epistar 100x3w diodes from Apollo horticulture would be better to have them under, if not ill leave it packed up in the box.
those are my options right now
Ill be getting a chm or qb board in the short future

Burple on top and move the CFLs to the peripherals or a little bit under if you can, IMO.

Its a Single bulb 200w sun master CFL
and the mogul socket is part of the fixture, I may be able to disassemble and use to hand bulb vertically without reflector.
I'm thinking its one or the other.

And what are peripheral's? The growing tips, top of plants?

The LED will be better for the plants over the CFL, even thought its less wattage, the light is more intense - or are these lights just garbage and i've been had?

I think he means CFLs on sides of plants and LEDs on tops... just my take on it. I grow with cfls... works great for a budget.
