24hr LIGHTS OUT

Hi Guys.... Just a quick question about the lighting for my babies.....

I have just read somewhere that it is better to turn out all the lights 24hrs before i take them up as it increases the potency...? Can anyone confirm this as i've never heard this before...? I am pretty new to all this so i haven't heard much....

Potency increased during the dark period and is highest before lights on. Give your girls 24 to 48 hours of darkness before harvesting. --- LTT

You're gonna hear all kinds of varying things about harvesing...you should be reading up on getting a plant TO harvest...
