I HAVE 3,280 LUMENS FROM 2 CFL 23 WATT LIGHTS..ON TWO SEEDLINGS! I HEARD 10000 IS BEST FOR A GOOD GROW..LIKE FULLY THROUGH! IS THIS A GOOD START FOR SEEDLINGS? AND WHAT IS THE MINIMN LUMENS TO GROW A NICE PLANT?!

Yer good fer yer seedlings, bump it up like ya heard fer yer plant. Make sure if using CFL's you position them right!

It always seems like everyone says the same shit about lower wattages for hid, why not get a 400 watter for 40 dollars more?????

Buy HID, dont grow with cfl. Im running 17,000 lumens per square ft.

cfls are great for a nube or a budget grower...., but in the end you probably use 400 watts regardless....per day with cfls

LOL! We all know that you will get better results w/HID. However, I debate the quality as a factor! The only difference is your quantity.
