3 Weeks old, How do they look

There 3 weeks old, i had a bunch of issues in the beginning but after some hard lesson i think i am finally getting he hang of it.

What do you think do they look healthy or are they to small?

I think they look great for 3 weeks but I'm a newbie, too -- so take it for what it's worth. They certainly look better than mine that are just a few days younger (but, they have really taken off in the last couple days since I moved my light closer -- MUCH closer).

It looks like you have a stronger and better distributed light source than my 400W MH/HPS. I was having problems initially.. bought some metering devices and checked all my parameters. Thought it was soil pH.. Light was the key -- moving my plants 18" closer to the light triggered a big spurt.
