3x3 Cob or Strip

My room is almost ready (8x12) and I plan to start with a 3x3 sog. Clone then veg (T5) for a week then straight to flower.

What should my LED setup be? Cobs or strips? If cobs, can I get less powerful ones since plants won't be overly large? Would the EB strips be a better option?

I have been reading these forums for a while but am still somewhat lost. I am almost ready to just buy a 315 CMH.

Any suggestions for a build would be most appreciated.

Really just depends on your desired hanging height and coverage. If you have high ceilings, you could run COBs at higher amperage and use the spread to your advantage. If you have low ceilings, and really want even coverage, give the strips a shot. It's up to you, it's your space.
